INGREDIENTS: water, rapeseed oil, garlic, red chili 10%, onion, lemongrass, galangal, tamarind, ginger
ALLERGENS: crabs and crustacean products, shellfish and other molluscs and their products, fishery products, nuts.
Moderately spicy.
A rich curry with the pleasant spiciness of paprika and fresh notes of kaffir leaves and coriander.
It is recommended to be used as a marinade for meat and chicken before baking or grilling. You can add one to two teaspoons to the stir-fry. To make a traditional Thai red curry, add coconut cream, meat and a little fish sauce.
