ALLERGENS: sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l.
Balsamic dressing, based on boiled white grape must and wine vinegar, flavored with gin and tonic and lime. This product – transparent colors and elegant balance between different flavors, with a fresh taste.
It is excellent for making alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, but also for seasoning particularly delicious dishes, such as tuna tartar or pork fillet skewers.
