The salt is extracted from a former salt lake in Iran, where it is collected by hand and is 100% natural.

Its taste is strong at the beginning, but becomes mild very quickly, and it goes best with seafood, meat and truffles. Due to its bluish glow, it is a beautiful decoration if it is placed in an acrylic grinder.
