INGREDIENTS: coriander, cumin, chili, pepper, thyme, parsley, nutmeg, caraway, turmeric, cassia cinnamon, ginger, allspice, onion, mustard, garlic, cardamom, bay leaf, rock salt, raw cane sugar
ALLERGENS: celery and celery products, mustard and mustard products, nuts.
African Rub is an excellent spice blend for poultry, beef, and fish. Its exotic flavor pairs well with couscous, rice, and grilled vegetables.
When using African Rub for marinating, we recommend rubbing the meat with oil and spices half an hour before cooking.
