Chocolate mousse without eggs

Time Needed: 10min
Difficulty:
Amount: x2
Preparation:
  1. Warm up 100 ml of cooking cream at a medium temperature and do not let the cream boil. When bubbles start to appear on the edges, turn it off and add 150 g of chocolate. Leave it for 2-3 minutes for the chocolate to melt, then start stirring slowly to combine the cream and the chocolate. Add the vanilla extract.
  2. Whip 150 ml of cream gently with the mixer until it becomes a foamy cream. Note: the cream needs to be creamy and light, and not have a firm whipped consistency.
  3. Gradually add the foamy cream to the bowl with the melted chocolate, constantly stirring until the cream and chocolate combine.
  4. Serve the mousse in glasses using a pasty bag for decorating cakes or a regular freezer bag with the corner cut off.
  5. Put the mousse in the fridge for 2 hours to cool down completely.
  6. Serve with whipped cream sprinkled with chocolate drops.
