Five spice "Chicken wings"

Preparation:
  1. Warm up the oven to 220 °C.
  2. Put the wings in a big bowl and add the spices. Combine everything very well, so the wings are all covered in spice, honey, and Soy & five spice sauce (optional).
  3. Leave a bit of the marinade aside, to add it at the very end before serving.
  4. Put the wings on a baking tray, so that the side with more skin faces up.
  5. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, but turn the wings around after 15 minutes and leave them to roast until they are completely done and the skin gets a delicious brown color.
  6. Move the roasted wings into a serving bowl.
  7. Add the rest of the marinade and shake it all through.
  8. Sprinkle the wings with the finely cut green parts of spring onions and serve them with your favorite sauce.
