Green Menthos – Mojito "mocktail" and cocktail

Ingredients:
- 5-6 tsp green tea Green Menthos
- 4 limes
- fresh mint leaves
- brown sugar
- ice
Preparation:
- Boil 5 to 6 teaspoons of Green Menthos green tea in 1 liter of water at approx. 80 ° C. Boil for up to 3 minutes, remove the pot in which you brewed the tea from the heat and let the tea steep for another 3 minutes.
- Fill a large jug with ice cubes and pour the tea. Wait until the tea has cooled completely.
- Put 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, two slices of lime, and a couple of leaves of fresh mint in the glass in which you will serve the tea and gently crush everything together with a muddler, if you don't have one, you can gently press with a soup spoon until the lime and mint release their juices.
- Add crushed ice to the glass and fill with tea. Mix well and enjoy the perfect alcohol-free mojito!
Cocktail advice:
Add 20 ml of white rum to the ice tea. Enjoy this icy cold and refreshing drink in late summer evenings!
