Bring the Harissa RAMEN broth (SHOYU, SPICY, or MISO) to a boil and add the garlic slices, and the Harissa Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Add the vegetables you previously blanched.
Allow the flavors to meld together.
Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Sauté the chicken or tofu in a pan until golden brown.
For the semi-hard boiled egg Cook a medium-sized egg for 9 minutes; to remove the shell easier, place it in boiling water.
Serve the RAMEN in a bowl: first, add the noodles, pour over the broth mixed with vegetables and Harissa seasonings, then add the chicken or tofu, the egg, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and top with Harissa Chili strands for decoration.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g ramen noodles (of your choice)
1 liter Harissa Home Chef Ramen broth (available in SHOYU, SPICY, and MISO flavors, 0.5 l each)
4 slices of Harissa garlic
A pinch of Harissa Everything but the Bagel seasoning
100 g chicken or tofu
1 egg (medium / hard-boiled)
1 fresh green onion
Blanched (or boiled) vegetables (6 Brussels sprouts or half a smaller broccoli) or vegetables of your choice
4 shiitake mushrooms or substitute mushrooms of your choice
A few strands of Harissa Chili for garnishing the dish
