Pumpkin pie with condensed milk
A variation without dough

Ingredients:
- 350 g pumpkin squash
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 2 big eggs
- 1,5 teaspoons pumpkin spice blend
Preparation:
- You can make pumpkin squash by baking or boiling. If you decide to bake it, first remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut it into slices. After that, place it on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. After it is baked, let it cool down. When the pumpkin has cooled, separate the flesh from the skin and mash it with a fork or blend it with a stick mixer. If you decide to cook the pumpkin, remove the seeds and peel it. Then cut it into cubes and put it in boiling water to cook for 15-20 minutes. After cooking, mash it with a fork or blend it with a stick mixer.
- Heat the oven to 220°C. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, salt and pumpkin spice, i.e. spice mixture for dishes with pumpkin (which contains cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and coriander).
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking mold with a diameter of 20 to a maximum of 23 cm. Bake the dough for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and continue baking for 20 minutes. You can also check if the pie is ready by sticking a toothpick into the dough and when the toothpick comes out clean, the dough is ready.
- Serve the pie with whipped cream.
