Risotto with prawns
A healthy and delicious meal in 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 30 dg cleaned Adriatic prawns
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 dl white wine by choice
- 1 garlic clove
- a bit of parsley
- salt
- white pepper
- fish broth
- prawn and shrimp spice blend by choice
Preparation:
- Warm up 2 spoons of olive oil in the pot to make your risotto and add the rice. Briefly toast it and stir.
- Warm up olive oil in a pan, add the cleaned prawns and fry them briefly. Add the garlic, parsley, and white wine. Let it boil at medium heat for a few minutes.
- When the rice is toasted, add the fish broth and cook it while stirring.
- When the rice is half done, add the prawns and keep cooking, stirring, and adding the fish broth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and a bit of butter and mix it all well. If you wish, you can add the slightly spicy blend for prawns and shrimp.
- Serve immediately and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
