Risotto with prawns

A healthy and delicious meal in 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  1. Warm up 2 spoons of olive oil in the pot to make your risotto and add the rice. Briefly toast it and stir.
  2. Warm up olive oil in a pan, add the cleaned prawns and fry them briefly. Add the garlic, parsley, and white wine. Let it boil at medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. When the rice is toasted, add the fish broth and cook it while stirring. 
  4. When the rice is half done, add the prawns and keep cooking, stirring, and adding the fish broth.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, and a bit of butter and mix it all well. If you wish, you can add the slightly spicy blend for prawns and shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
