Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino
A classical appetizer in the Italian culinary tradition
- 250 g spaghetti
- 2 -3 spoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Aglio & peperoncino spice blend
- Parmesan
- Salt
- Put the spaghetti in salty water and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, put the olive oil and 2 teaspoons of the Aglio & peperoncino spice blend in a pan. Fry the mixture at low heat and be careful not to burn it.
- An essential step in the sauce preparation comes at the very end - take some starchy water from the pot in which the spaghetti is cooking and add it to the pan where you fried the spices and stir it. Take the spaghetti out of the water with a strainer, place them directly into the sauce, and stir well. Add Grana Padano cheese if you like.

It is perfect when you have only a few ingredients at home because it is based on only 4 ingredients: spaghetti, garlic, oil, and chili.
