The best BBQ ribs - from the oven!

Try this dish already this weekend - everyone will be delighted!

Time Needed: 4 h i 30 min
Difficulty:
Amount: x5
Ingredients:
Preparation:
  1. Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Cut a piece of aluminum foil long enough to wrap the ribs in. Place the meat on the foil, bones down. Sprinkle half of the spice mixture over the meat and pat it well. Don't forget to apply the seasoning on the outside of the ribs as well.
  3. Now turn the meat so that the meaty side is facing down.
  4. Repeat the process with the spice mixture.
  5. Wrap the meat well in foil.
  6. Place the meat wrapped in foil on the oven rack, and place a baking tray underneath
  7. Bake for 2.5 hours, then reduce the temperature to 150 and bake for another 2 hours.
  8. Open carefully so that the juices released by the meat do not leak out. Pour the precious liquid into a small pot and reduce it until it becomes a thick, syrupy texture. Then add the vinegar. This way you will get your own BBQ sauce that you can serve with the ribs.
  9. Slice the ribs and arrange them on a serving plate. If you want them to caramelize further, put them in the oven for a short time and turn on the grill option.
  10. Serve hot with side dishes of your choice.

Although you may have thought that you can only eat fantastic, sticky, melt-in-your-mouth ribs at a restaurant, we have to tell you that you are wrong. We have a recipe that can't fail - it's that simple. Most of the work will be done by the oven and of course, the perfect rub – the spice mixture that you will rub on the meat before baking.

It is a dish that you will easily feed an army of people, it is loved by adults and children alike, and it is perfectly combined with all possible side dishes - from baked potatoes and sweet potatoes to boiled and raw vegetables and salads.

You can create the combination of spices yourself, according to your own taste, and we suggest the premium spice mix King BBQ rub, made of as many as 13 ingredients.

Although it is a common belief that you need barbecue sauce for this dish, we have to dissuade you again - this rub is actually a dehydrated version of it. In addition, it will save you a mess in the kitchen, and you will get unique, fantastic and deep flavors. In addition, it will not ooze from the ribs while they are roasting, but will beautifully caramelize on the entire surface of the meat and create an irresistible crispy crust full of umami.

Enjoy!
