Winter fennel salad

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  1. Clean, wash and cut the fennel into thin slices (with a sharp knife, a grater, or a mandolin).
  2. Clean the oranges, cut them into slices and remove the membrane and white parts from each slice
  3. Clean the pomegranate and separate the stones.
  4. Cut a small purple onion in half and thinly slice
  5. Put the fennel in a salad bowl, lightly spice up with salt and pepper, then spread the orange slices, pomegranate and purple onion over it.
  6. Add olive oil and pomegranate vinegar to taste and mix gently.
  7. Serve immediately.
