Winter fennel salad

Ingredients:
- 2 fennels
- 2 oranges
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 small purple onion
- Sea salt flower Makarska
- Pomegranate vinegar
- Olive oil
- Orange peppercorn
Preparation:
- Clean, wash and cut the fennel into thin slices (with a sharp knife, a grater, or a mandolin).
- Clean the oranges, cut them into slices and remove the membrane and white parts from each slice
- Clean the pomegranate and separate the stones.
- Cut a small purple onion in half and thinly slice
- Put the fennel in a salad bowl, lightly spice up with salt and pepper, then spread the orange slices, pomegranate and purple onion over it.
- Add olive oil and pomegranate vinegar to taste and mix gently.
- Serve immediately.
