Valentine's Day @HARISSA
- 1 baguette (white or brown, your choice)
- 1 package ricotta or homemade curd
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes
- 4 fillets salty anchovies
- a handfull of fresh arugula salad
- fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 spoons olive oil
- Sea salt flower Makarska
- Clean and wash the arugula and leave it aside.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, dice them, put in a bowl, add salt and sprinkle with some olive oil. Crush half of the garlic clove and add to the tomatoes. Gently combine everything.
- Chop the basil and add it to the tomatoes.
- Cut the baguette in slices, sprinkle them with olive oil and slowly toast them on a grill pan. While they are still hot, use the other half of the garlic clove to rub it onto the baguette slices.
